11/20/17The Webb County Sheriff's Office arrested 20 more during the month of November as part of its continued 'Operation GOTCHA' warrant round-up effort.
11/19/17 Glad to have participated this morning during Career Day at Lamar Bruni Vergara Middle School. I enjoyed talking to the kids about my job as your sheriff.
11/18 Today we supported the Veterans by providing escorts for their convoy of food to the Veterans Thrift Store, Thanks Vets for helping out organizing food drive.
10/26 The Webb County Sheriff's Office Drug Awareness concert was held at the Laredo Energy Arena.That's what we are all about, Public safety for our community!
8/31 We continue to work together with our brothers and sisters from Houston, Texas. Our rescue team is active and looking to help as much people as we can. The people were very moved by all the support and we will continue to work together with Harris County Sheriff in order to help as many people as we can. United we stand with all the communities that were affected by Hurricane Harvey.
9/22 In a historic event, we welcomed our law enforcement brothers from Mexico's Policía Federal at our administrative offices today. We made donations that will be delivered to those affected by the recent earthquake that struck Mexico City. May the Lord our God bless all of those families who were affected by this tragedy.
8/01 Today, I had the pleasure of meeting with David Carbajal and Gustavo Montemayor, of the Boy Scouts of America South Texas Council District and presented them with a $5,000 check. This money, which is confiscated from the bad guys, will be reinvested in our community with our local Boy Scouts Troop.
06/01 A tip to the Webb County Sheriff’s Office Wednesday afternoon led to the arrest of a Nuevo Laredo man on possession of marihuana charges. Sheriff Cuellar reminds the public to get involved in the fight against drugs and to report any suspicious activity by calling 956-523-4408
Today, we received students from Malakoff Elementary and Saint Augustine High schools. I got to spend some time at Commissioners Courtroom, where I spoke to the students about different topics related to Law Enforcement. It was great seeing their attentive faces.
Always taking care of our community, especially our children. Parents, don't forget to always have a good communication with your children. We need to prevent bad things from happening by not leaving computers and smart phones in isolated areas, you want to always have supervision of what your children are doing on these smart devices.
